Steelback Studios is a web and brand agency based in Olathe, Kansas. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means Steelback Studios.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. If we add a contact form or booking tool in the future, we'll collect the information you submit through it — typically name, email, and a message.

We don't collect anything passively. No cookies, no analytics, no fingerprinting.

How we use it

To reply to you. Specifically:

• Respond to inquiries about our services
• Send project-related communication if we work together
• Send updates only if you've explicitly opted in

What we don't do

Third-party services

This site is hosted on static infrastructure with self-hosted fonts. No Google Fonts API calls, no external CDNs, no data shared with font providers. No third-party analytics, ad platforms, or marketing tools.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete, review, or export any personal data we have about you at any time. We'll comply within 30 days regardless of where you live.

Changes
